Pape Academy is a players' academy — good footballers are invited to join and be part of something great. Two programmes carry every player from invitation to the professional game.
Junior Team · U15 – U19
Elite Programme
The pathway to professional football.
Our flagship programme for the academy's Junior Team. Talented young footballers are scouted, invited, and developed into complete players — with a direct route into the senior squad that competes in the Nigeria League One.
- Six training sessions a week under the junior technical crew
- Advanced technical, tactical, and position-specific coaching
- High-intensity conditioning and injury-prevention work

Character Lab
Building the person behind the player.
Talent gets you noticed — character keeps you at the top. Every Pape Academy player takes part in the Character Lab, a weekly programme that develops the discipline, leadership, and professionalism a football career demands.

Detailed Curriculum
Technical Excellence
Our technical syllabus focuses on ball mastery, first touch, and range of passing. Every player spends 60% of their training time with the ball at their feet.

We believe in smart players. Our tactical training introduces game systems, transitional play, and spatial awareness from the day a player joins the academy.
